These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the digital course “Visible, Trusted, Booked” (the Course), provided by Wendy Addinsall trading as Red Grape Social (we, us, our).
By purchasing and accessing this Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Course.
2. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course via our chosen platform (Tekmatix).
•The Course is self-paced and delivered via videos and slides
•You are granted lifetime access from the date of purchase
•Access is for your personal use only
We reserve the right to update or modify Course content at any time without notice.
3. Payment Terms
•This Course is sold as a one-off payment
•All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated
•Payment must be made in full before access is granted

Due to the digital nature of this product and instant access upon purchase, the Course is:
👉 Strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
This includes (but is not limited to):
•Change of mind
•Lack of results
•Not completing the Course
•Deciding it’s “not what you expected”

All Course content is owned by Red Grape Social and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:

•Copy, reproduce, or distribute Course materials
•Resell any part of the Course
•Use the materials to train others, create your own course, or for commercial gain
Basically — don’t take what’s mine and pass it off as yours. Not the vibe.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal of access and potential legal action.
6. No Support or Coaching Included
This Course is a self-paced digital product only.
It does not include:
•1:1 support
•Group coaching calls
•Community access
You are responsible for implementing the content independently.

•Internet issues on your end
